Itinerary
Vilamoura
We’ll begin our adventure in Vilamoura, a stylish marina town known for its excellent restaurants, modern facilities, and relaxed Algarve charm — the perfect place to set sail. It’s well connected to Lisbon by public transport, making it a convenient starting point for your journey north.
Portimão
Our first stop is Portimão — a lively coastal town famous for its golden beaches, vibrant waterfront, and laid-back atmosphere. Its marina is full of life, with plenty of places to enjoy fresh seafood, grab a drink, or take a walk along the promenade.
Sagres
We’ll then head west to anchor near Sagres, a quiet town steeped in maritime history. Once home to Prince Henry the Navigator, Sagres is surrounded by dramatic cliffs, peaceful beaches, and a unique, untouched feel — a highlight for nature and history lovers alike.
Around Cape São Vicente
Next, we sail around the iconic Cape São Vicente — the southwestern tip of Portugal. Known for its towering cliffs and powerful Atlantic swells, this dramatic headland once marked the edge of the known world and still inspires awe today.
Sines
From the Algarve, we continue north to Sines, a charming port town and the birthplace of Vasco da Gama. With its medieval castle, cozy cafés, and sandy beaches just steps from the harbor, it’s the perfect place to unwind after a day at sea.
Sesimbra
Our next stop is Sesimbra, a peaceful fishing village set between the sea and the green hills of the Arrábida Natural Park. Enjoy crystal-clear waters, fresh seafood, and the laid-back vibe of this coastal gem.
Arriving at Oeiras Marina
We’ll finish our journey at Marina de Oeiras, located at the mouth of the Tagus River near Lisbon. As we sail in, take in views of the city skyline, historic neighborhoods, and the iconic 25 de Abril Bridge — a memorable end to an incredible voyage.
